Presentation Guidelines
AWS registration fees for international participants:
USD $200 / person for Organizational participants
USD $100 / person for individuals
USD $50 / person for students
AWS registration fees for national participants:
USD $100 / person for participants from international organizations,
donors, banks, and development agencies
VND 500 000 / person for participants from national institutions
The registration fee includes:
- 3 lunches and 1 dinner during the Symposium
- Study tours for international participants
- Conference package
Registration payment process
Please note that registration payment is required before June 23, 2008.
Payment can be made between 10:00 and 21:00 pm during AWS registration on June 22 at La Thanh Hotel, 218 Doi Can Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi. Tel: 84 4 8325123. Payment in US cash will be accepted on this day. Other currencies will not be accepted nor will other forms of payment such as travelers cheques, credit card, etc.
Alternatively, registration payment can be made through wire transfer. Wire transfer payments must be made by June 17, 2008. Only USD or Euro will be accepted for wire transfers.

Official receipts will be issued once payment has been received. Contact the AWS Secretariat by email if you need assistance with documentation/request for payment.
Visa Assistance
All AWS 2008 participants must ensure that they have the correct visa and passport documentation required to enter Vietnam. It is the responsibility of participants to contact the Embassy of Vietnam to determine if they require a visa to enter the country.
The AWS Secretariat can provide assistance, if required.
If you require assistance, please complete the Visa Assistance Application Form. It takes a minimum of two weeks to process a visa to enter Vietnam. The Secretariat will only be able to provide limited visa assistance after May 30, 2008.
