Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentation
Oral presenters will have 12 minutes to deliver their presentation. After the Oral presenters should prepare a PowerPoint presentation to supplement their oral presentation. Power point presentations must be sent to the corresponding technical session coordinator and the AWS Secretariat by May 31, 2008. The style of the PowerPoint presentation is up to the discretion of the presenter. The presentation slides should convey information clearly and concisely. An LCD projector will be available. All oral presentations will be translated simultaneously into Vietnamese.
Poster Presentation
The AWS poster presentation session will be held on Tuesday June 24 between
11:30 and 12:00. Poster presenters must bring their posters with them to the
Symposium. Poster boards and push pins, double sided tape will be provided.
Posters can be set up between 8:00 and 8:30 on June 23 and 24. The poster
must have the dimensions of 75 cm wide by 150 cm high. The design of the
poster is up to the discretion of the author.
